Hi, my name is Mary Dahl,

 I have devoted the last 20 years to the study of Holistic health and wellness. I am currently a licensed  and Nationally board certified massage therapist specializing in Swedish, Healing Touch, Stretching, Reiki, Raindrop Therapy, and Wullstone Therapies.
